Mobile app for a large clothing reseller — scan, price and list inventory across channels from one device.

A high-volume pre-owned luxury reseller needed floor staff to photograph, authenticate and publish items without switching between five tools. We shipped a focused mobile app tied to their warehouse ERP.

Floor reality

A high-volume luxury reseller processes thousands of items weekly. Staff photographed pieces, looked up comps in one tool, entered data in another, and published to multiple channels from a desktop ERP — slow, error-prone, unusable on the warehouse floor.

The app

We built a React Native app focused on the intake loop: scan or enter internal ID, capture photos, set condition and price hints, push to authentication queue, publish to configured channels when approved.

  • Barcode and QR intake tied to warehouse locations
  • Offline-tolerant photo upload with background sync
  • Price suggestion from internal comp history — advisory, not auto-list
  • Status sync with ERP — no double entry for approved listings

Rollout

Pilot on one floor, iterate on gesture density and camera flow, then fleet rollout. Training time dropped because the app mirrors how staff already think about a piece — shoot, tag, shelve, list.

NDA note

Client identity, channel names and volume metrics are confidential.
