Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, ZNN owns the content, design and code of this website. You may not copy, scrape or redistribute materials without written permission. Client work product is owned by clients under their respective MSAs.

Client engagements

Services are provided under written agreement specifying scope, fees, confidentiality, IP assignment and termination. Verbal commitments on this site are not binding.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZNN is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London, unless otherwise agreed in a client MSA.
