ZNN stays small on purpose. When we grow, we look for senior people who have shipped products end-to-end — not specialists who only touch one layer of the stack.
We don't run whiteboard gauntlets. We talk about real work, review code you've written and do a paid trial sprint when there's mutual interest.
What we look for
- Five or more years building production software
- Comfort owning outcomes, not tickets
- Clear writing — in code, docs and Slack
- Overlap with European or US business hours
