Studio

A studio with a long memory and a short ego.

We design, build and ship web, mobile and AI products with a small senior team. The work is the point. The rest is noise.

The company

  1. 2023

2023 was commerce, almost exclusively: Shopify storefronts, checkout, and the process automation that actually moves orders. A handful of people, a shared Slack, and the habit of putting things in production.

  2. 2024

In 2024 we widened the markets and domains we take. Same shipping habit, more than shops: internal tools, fintech rails, mobile, and the first AI contours sitting next to real operations.

  3. 2025

By 2025 the practice had become a company: contracts, a bank account, the accountability a handshake never quite has. Still a small room. Still allergic to theatre.

  4. 2026

In 2026 we rebuilt how we run: clearer ownership, slower promises, faster releases. Same people. A company that finally looks like the work.

Today we ship web, mobile and AI with a small senior room. Four people hold the studio; specialists come in when a product needs them.

We still take the unglamorous work that actually ships: commerce, internal tools, the automation sitting next to operations. No theatre. No staff-aug bench. Distributed worldwide, async-first, with live overlap on every engagement.

Team

Four people hold the studio. Specialists come in per product, then leave.

  • Vlad

    CEO

Runs the studio and the product calls.

  • Denis

    CTO

Architecture, delivery, the stack we actually ship.

  • Anton

    CBDO

    Clients, pipeline, the commercial side.

  • Oleg

    CLO

Contracts, IP, IT law — so the work can be signed.

What we take

  • Web

Production platforms: dashboards, marketplaces, B2B SaaS. Typed full-stack from auth to billing. Core Web Vitals as a release gate, not a slide.

    Service notes
  • Mobile

Native iOS and Android, and React Native when one codebase earns it. Offline, store submit, the release train that actually lands in the stores.

    Service notes
  • AI

Production AI sitting next to real operations — not a demo notebook. Evals, fallbacks, something a user can press.

How we work

  • 01

    Small room.

Four owners. Specialists come in per product, then leave. No bench to bill, no staff-aug theatre.

  • 02

    Your Slack.

On your roadmap, in your channel. Async-first, with live overlap on every engagement.

  • 03

    IP on day one.

Code, infrastructure, accounts — yours. The MSA assigns it. No license-back, no retained rights.

  • 04

    Ship weekly.

A paid discovery, then a loop you can show a board. Handoff or scale — your call, no vendor lock-in.

Who it is for

Founders and product teams with a live roadmap — seed to Series C. Commerce, fintech, internal tools, mobile and AI next to operations.

Who it is not

Staff-aug, pitch decks, a redesign with nothing to ship. If you need a slide more than a release, we are the wrong room.

Where we are

We work worldwide. Overlapping business hours on every engagement — enough live overlap to decide, the rest async.

You own one hundred percent of the code, IP and infrastructure from day one. No license-back. No retained rights.
