iGaming · Click-to-call

Click-to-call for an iGaming VIP desk — agents work the book without ever seeing the number.

Under NDA we built click-to-call for an iGaming VIP desk: agents work the player without ever seeing the number, so the book stays with the operator when someone leaves.

The book walked out the door

Under NDA we worked with an iGaming operator whose VIP desk still ran on personal phones. Agents saved high-rollers in Telegram, WhatsApp and spreadsheets. When someone left, the book left with them — sometimes to a rival brand.

Click-to-call, not a phonebook

We put calling inside the operator CRM. The agent clicks a player. The platform originates a bridged call: one leg to the agent, one to the player. The real number is never drawn, never copied, never stored on the agent's device.

  • Masked CLI — player sees the operator line, not a personal mobile
  • No clipboard, no export, no personal-messenger shortcuts on player contacts
  • Call recordings and dispositions land in the operator vault, not on a laptop
  • Desk sessions on company devices only — tokens die with the shift

What the agent actually sees

A name, a tier, last play, open bonuses, a button. Enough to work the relationship. Not enough to walk out with a list. Supervisors still hear the call and see the outcome. The VIP graph stays in the product.

NDA note

Brand names, jurisdictions and player figures are not disclosed. Engagement scope: click-to-call for a VIP desk, so agents cannot take the book.
